If you’ve got some time to spare, we’d love you to join us as we serve some of Ealing’s most vulnerable people, who find them sleeping on Ealing’s streets.

We open between November – March and provide a bed, a lovely meal, and companionship. We also work hard to help our shelter guests move into permanent accommodation and we enable them to access medical and other vital services.

How does it work?

We operate in partnership with 21 churches across Ealing, which host our shelter for us and chances are, there will be a venue near you where you can help. Come and be part of a our friendly community.

You can give as little or as much time as you want. Our volunteers help us by:

· Chatting to our guests

· Driving bedding to shelter venues

· Cooking

· Washing bedding and towels

We will never place you in a situation where you feel uncomfortable.

All of our activity is carried out within the framework of our polices around safeguarding and risk management.

You need to be 18 years or above to be eligible to volunteer.
